OnQ LIGHTING CONTROL (ALC) SYSTEM PROGRAM SWITCH FOR USE WITH THE OnQ STRUCTURED WIRING SYSTEM For programmed control of a relay or dimmer switch. The OnQ ALC Lighting Control system provides the ability to control and program house lighting with more versatility than ever before. ALC system switches are distinguished from X-10 powerline switches, in that they require commands be sent via a control wire to the switch from the ALC controller. The program switch does not directly switch AC power but is used to command and set commands on the ALC control unit. The OQ363144 can initiate preprogrammed lighting scenes and house modes. In general, ALC switches and dimmers can be programmed to control more than a single light or outlet. Complete lighting scenes can be created and stored for recall at the touch of a switch, time of day or event action. Dimming levels can be preset or easily changed to new levels by you. This switch requires either the OnQ Home Management System, HAI Omni, RCS Commstar, or JDS Stargate controller. Available in White, Ivory and Almond. |
