When mounted, the telephoto capabilities of the lens are increased by 8 times. This allows for photographing of very distance subjects. The telephoto lens has a minimum focus distance of 70 cm (27.5 inches) meaning it can be used as a macro lens as well. The KUT-832 can also be used as a compact monocular when the size or weight of a pair of binoculars is not convenient. |
