With the help of TROY XCD Serial Server you can connect almost any RS-232 serial device to a LAN. All models include TCP/IP with raw mode, lpr/lpd, IPP, PrintraNet, and SNMP (NetSend models also include HP JetSend). Certain models include the NetBIOS/NetBEUI, IPX/SPX, Direct Mode IP/IPX, AppleTalk, DEC LAT, and/or Banyan VINES protocols (these protocols can be used for printing applications only).
