The TUT 5212 Service Gateway, in one small footprint, combines the functionality of an edge router, a high-speed switch and an access multiplexor with powerful bandwidth management tools to distribute multiple IP-based services to individual tenants throughout a small or mid-sized building. Designed specifically for in-building environments, the TUT 5212 service gateway can be rack or wall mounted in a basement or wiring closet of any building and provide service for up to 12 subscribers. As the tenant take-rate in the building increases, additional TUT 5212 service gateways can be cascaded to aggregate traffic from multiple tenants into a single WAN interface. |
