This fish-eye lens is designed to capture a 180-degree view in a 22mm diameter circular image. Even familiar subject matter can be given startlingly fresh creative expression through this exaggerated perspective that creates unusual distortion effects. In addition to creative expression, this lens can be used for academic or technical applications that involve solid angle measurements. An example would be capturing the angle of view through a window with a driver in a car or a pilot in the cockpit of an airplane. This lens accepts removable gelatin filters in a rear holder. The optical materials are made from lead-free and arsenic-free ecological glass. This lens is dedicated to Minolta AF SLR cameras. |
